Time for a brake

February 4, 2012

My cousin and I hit the garage hard tonite. First i had to fix the heater, so after installing some new parts on the heater it was on! Jim installed the 88 header with new gaskets and nuts, while i pressed new races into the hubs, packed the bearings and installed the new front rotors. Jim worked on installing the new tie rod ends while i was rebuilding the brake calipers and we tag teamed the alternator and braket install, hooked up the wiring and installed the clutch slave cylinder and new line. Jim even got the thermostat and block off plate installed and pull the motor harness from a spare motor somewhere in there! Next on the plate will be installing the calipers, brake pads and hooking up the new brake lines, then more work to the front of the motor.
